Overview for Employees


Welcome to Employee Access!

Employee Access, the updated iVisions Employee Portal application, provides a more user-friendly interface and increased security.


To access, please log in to:


Signing In:

  • Username: This is your school email address
  • If you do not have your school email information or password information, please visit the Technology Office, located at 314 N Broadway, between 8:30AM-4:00PM Monday-Thursday (the little white house next to the Heck Elementary building).


The first time you log in, you must register by entering:

  • Your school email address
  • The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number
  • Your Date of Birth
  • 5-digit zip code for you HOME ADDRESS

Employee Access Overview

My Dashboard

Use the My Dashboard window to view at-a-glance information, including District Announcements and links to Resources.

Employee Profile

Review personal contact information on file with the District in the Employee Profile window. If applicable, users can edit personal information from here. Use the additional tabs to add and maintain Emergency Contact Information, as well as view Education and Certification information (if applicable).

Pay & Tax

The Pay & Tax window provides an expandable visual representation of the user’s paycheck, a Paycheck Simulator, and PDF copies of pay stubs.

Use Pay & Tax to view any direct deposit information on file, view and/or update W4 information, access W2 documentation, and view job information.

Additional tables also provide access to calendar Year To Date pay information, as well as Compensation Statements.

Leave Balances

To access leave balances, you’ll select “My Time” on the Dashboard, followed by “Time off History”. Once in the “Time off history” page, toggle the button next to “Show accruals breakdown”, along the upper right of the screen.  These are the leave balances as they reflect when payroll is posted monthly (real-time absences are only reflected in Frontline and WILL NOT be shown here until after payroll has been posted).

Tasks & Documents

Use the Tasks & Documents menu to approve contracts and tasks, add forms (if applicable), view completed tasks, and view documents associated with your employee record.
