Welcome to the annual open enrollment for your MUST benefits. We are pleased to be able to support you with your benefit selection and throughout the benefit year.
To Enroll in benefits, please login to www.mustmt.com
- Register and create your username and password. The company key is “must” (it is case sensitive).
- If you have previously created your user name and password and cannot remember them, you will need to use the ‘Forgot your user name or password?” link.
- During your benefit year, you can make changes to your plan only if you have a Special Enrollment event, such as a marriage, birth of a child, involuntary loss of other coverage, the death of a dependent, or a change in employment status.
During your Open Enrollment period you can
- Elect your current coverage for yourself and your dependent(s).
- Add or drop eligible dependent(s) – to add eligible dependents, you will need their full name, date of birth, and SSN.
