In-District Waiver (Board Policy 3129/3129P)
Attendance boundaries determine the school that students attend based on their physical primary residence. While transfers are allowed under special circumstances, students normally attend the school within the attendance boundary in which they reside.
Parents/guardians who would like their child to attend a school that is different from their assigned school need to complete the In-District Waiver Application and submit that form to the building principal of the requested building. All placements will be based on space availability. Applications should be submitted in the spring for fall enrollment. A second round of applications will be considered mid-August for fall enrollment. Please see Board Policy 3129 for details on the waiver process.
We are no longer accepting waivers for the 2023-2024 school year.
Please contact the administrative office if you have additional questions regarding the information on this page, or If you are experiencing difficulty accessing the information on this page. Please call 406-924-2492.
