Special Olympics Home

Belgrade School District is a participant in Special Olympics Montana. SOMT is an athlete-centered, family-based, volunteer-driven, and sponsor-supported movement with over 3,500 athletes registered in 256 programs from 65 Montana communities. Over 5,600 Montana volunteers help organize and host local, area, and state-level competitions. SOMT is accredited by Special Olympics, Inc. and is headquartered in Great Falls, Montana.

This year, our district will participate in the following sports with SOMT and Eagle Mount.

Skiing (Eagle Mount)

Our district is also proud to be a Unified Champion School. In past years, Unified components have happened at the HS with Unified Track and pep assemblies. We are working to expand to the middle school and our elementary schools. The following activities are what we will incorporate this year across all schools within our district.
